​As part of the Community Planning Project, we voted on our core values. Values are essential because they guide our beliefs, attitudes, and behaviors, shaping our identity and decision-making. We already have some clear values, like our strong culture of contributing. But we can’t fully live into the values we can't name. This process gave us the chance to call them out, own them, and become more self-aware as a community.
